Channel Corp is deploying Claude to power Channel Talk, its customer support and business messaging platform. Channel Talk serves over 230,000 businesses — a scale that makes this the largest user surface in the set of announcements, even if the individual users are not developers.

For Claude, Channel Talk is an API-at-scale deployment: Claude is processing customer support conversations, likely handling triage, response suggestions, and automated resolution across a large volume of business-to-customer interactions. The 230,000-business figure is the reach of Claude through one channel partner.

This is the embedded API pattern: Channel Corp built Claude into its product, and every Channel Talk customer now interacts with Claude whether they know it or not. Builders who are building platforms rather than end products should note this — Claude embedded in a SaaS platform can reach users orders of magnitude larger than the builder’s direct customer base.


Research Partnerships
