BioMCP doubled to 497 stars, proving strong demand for biomedical AI tools. Anthropic’s $400M Coefficient Bio acquisition and Owkin Pathology Explorer launch signal that major companies see life sciences as a primary MCP use case. The two biggest gaps we identified — AlphaFold and KEGG — are now filled. Augmented-Nature now maintains 15+ servers covering virtually every major biological database. The drug discovery pipeline is now truly end-to-end — from target identification through AlphaFold structure prediction to patent search. LangCare’s enterprise FHIR server brings production-ready clinical infrastructure. The remaining gaps — Galaxy workflows, comprehensive single-cell pipelines, workflow orchestration, and multi-omics integration — are increasingly narrow. Rating: 4.5/5.
