The gaps in robotics MCP are narrowing but still significant:

  • No Gazebo-native MCP — simulation is only accessible via ROS bridge, not directly (though Isaac Sim’s USD asset search closes part of this gap)

  • No agricultural robot servers — despite precision agriculture being a major robotics market
